Built From the Ground Up.
About Yeti
We Mean Literally.
The Yeti Origin
Yeti Services began as a spark inside Sasquatch Contracting—our sister company that built homes across the Treasure Valley. Over time, we noticed something: clients didn’t just need builders. They needed fixers. Regular, trustworthy pros who could handle the odd jobs that big contractors wouldn’t touch.
So, we built Yeti.
What started as a handyman experiment has grown into a full-blown maintenance partner for homeowners and commercial pros across the region. Today, we’re known for our reliability, quality, and just a touch of beastly charm.
The Yeti Way
We believe in doing things right the first time—with grit, skill, and a little personality. Here’s how we roll:
- Born from Experience: We’ve seen it all through Sasquatch Contracting. And now we fix it all.
- Tailored Service: No two properties are alike. We adapt to yours needs, not what’s easy.
- Subscription Smarts: Think of it as a checkup for your house. Preventative care = fewer breakdowns = more peace of mind.
- People First: We build relationships, not just invoices. That means follow-ups, friendly service, and showing up.
- High Standards, Low Hassle: Our team’s trained to the highest standards—but we keep the process as simple as possible for you.
With the Yeti on your side, you’re not just preventing problems. You’re investing in peace of mind, long-term value, and freedom from home ownership and property management headaches.
The Head Yetis

Mary Peters
About
In 2016, Mary Peters set out to do what most thought impossible — build a contracting company where honesty, ethics, and reliability weren’t just buzzwords, but the mission. As a single mom with a fierce entrepreneurial spirit, she launched Sasquatch Contracting to be the rare, trustworthy resource homeowners had been searching for followed by Yeti Services in 2025.
Mary’s work is about more than projects — it’s about education, communication, and transparency, empowering homeowners and property managers alike to feel confident every step of the way. She’s proud to collaborate with local subcontractors and suppliers, keeping community ties strong while delivering top-notch results.
Mary’s personal mission? To make renovation and maintenance seamless, stress-free, and built on trust — the same way she’d want it done for her own family.
Mary also serves on national industry committees, sharing her insight on everything from business practices to sustainable building. Whether she’s talking about “aging in place” renovations or guiding homeowners through Idaho codes, you’ll find her putting people first, every time.

Jo Burgoon
About
From a small Kansas town to the foothills of Boise, Jo’s journey has been anything but ordinary. After living in Maine, Dallas, and Denver, she’s proudly called Idaho home for 13 years. Jo’s creative spark shows up in everything she touches, from designing her own container home to overseeing full-scale remodels.
While officially new to the handyman and construction world, Jo is no stranger to rolling up her sleeves and getting things done. Her specialty? Turning tricky problems into smart solutions — with a little help from her personal “Yeti” husband and their enthusiastic son, who’s the best assistant around.
Jo’s favorite part of her job is seeing what the talented Yeti technicians make happen every day. She believes that great service is about thinking ahead — anticipating what customers might not even know they need to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
One tool she can’t live without? A trusty tape measure.
Jo’s top tip: “Do your homework and hire good professionals. It makes all the difference.”

Bruce Heinz
About
Born in Peoria, Illinois, and now a proud Idahoan for 4 years, Bruce brings more than three decades of construction expertise to the Yeti team. His background covers new builds, remodels, restorations, and meticulous property maintenance — skills he’s honed through years of hard-earned experience.
For Bruce, craftsmanship isn’t just about nails and lumber; it’s about making homes safer, more comfortable, and more beautiful for the people who live there. He loves translating a client’s vision into something real, tackling every project with focus and skill.
One tool he can’t live without? His utility knife — it even sharpens his pencil on the job.
Bruce’s Philosophy? “Listen carefully, communicate clearly, and never ignore the little things.” Because when home maintenance gets neglected, he knows from the disaster restoration world just how much harder it is to put things right again.
